New old stock original packaging with original price tag attached. Appears to have never been worn. Still has all creases from being folded. No smells. I have stretched the garment and all elastic is in tact and stretches as it should. Only issue noted are two pinhead sized rusty dots, I believe these are from the metal snap on the packaging.
