The thickness that the paint is applied, the surface being painted, and the temperature in the room will all affect the dry time. On average, dry time is approximately 30 minutes. Mix the paint after receiving it
Prepare the surface
Paint under the right temperatures
Do not apply another coat until your current coat is 100% dry.
Temperature matters
Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 60�F-90�F (15�C-32�C)

Mix the paint
Diamond Brite paint gets shaken prior to being shipped. The mixing on average lasts 2-7 days. Before using the paint mix the paint with a stir stick or paddle that adequately mixes any loose particles on the bottom of the paint can.
Must do's
All surfaces being painted must be cleaned and prepped before painting. This gives your paint a better surface to stick to.
A premium grade paint brush or roller cover will yield the best results.
The hide will increase as the paint dries. When applying your next coat wait for the paint to completely dry. Diamond Brite latex paint has a dry time of approximately 30 minutes.
