Vehicle Details
I bought this vehicle 9 years ago. I am currently using it for driving every weekend registered in California. It has been running about total 1200 miles since it was modified for racing. I have never used it for racing so far. I have no plans to race at the moment, so I decided to sell it.
Please refer to the following for the details of the specifications.
The engine has been completely rebuilt with Cooper S rods, new pistons, new crank, and the block has been tanked with receipts to prove. All the wiring has been redone and a proper switch panel with fuses has been installed. The car also has a brand new clutch with slave cylinder, Rear end in the car has been rebuilt with new seals, bearing and fluids. The matching Sparco seats (with adjustable drivers seat) are new as well as the removable Sparco steering wheel. The roll bar is new and current to SCCA and Sovren spec. The suspension has been upgraded with lower, stiffer springs and an upgraded sway bar with spherical rod end mounts. The Mini Lite wheels are wrapped in new race tires and the brakes have been up graded to EBC slotted rotors. All the mechanical work to the car was performed by vintage British car expert Robin Bee and the car has less than 1200 miles on the total rebuild and new parts. All wear items and fluids serviced and replaced in the summer of 2011. There is much more invested in this car than we have as an expectation of sales price. This is a great lightweight way to get on the track and launch your hair up. Please let me know if you have any questions.
