Antique Victorian Corset, ca. 1899. Label: Reliance Corset, Jackson, Michigan. Fashioned of a cotton jean that is stuffed and boned vertically throughout. Seven buttons close the front and scrolled stitching is fully throughout with lavender piping seen on the edges. Shoulder straps come over the shoulder to pin in place at the top bust. Very good condition. Old stock store. Some heavy age colour seen from estate storage.
